All Olive Green Organics quinoa is sourced from the high-altitude salt flats of the Bolivian Andes — its natural home. Grown organically in the mineral-rich native soil and cultivated by hand on small, family-run plots, it follows traditions passed down for thousands of years.

Our premium heirloom Royal Quinoa features large, protein-rich grains that cook to a firm texture with a deliciously nutty flavour. Quite simply, it thrives at its place of origin — and that makes all the difference.

Celebrating the source goes beyond flavour. We partner directly with local farmers to support fair working conditions and help preserve a food culture that dates back to the Incas. At 4,000 metres above sea level, few other crops can survive, making quinoa vital to both livelihood and heritage.
