We sell four types of fish under the Good Fish brand – tuna, salmon, mackerel and sardines. Every product has been impeccably sourced from the world’s safest fishing havens, leaving no ecological or social damage behind. Our fish are fished to strict, seasonal quotas to ensure stocks of this precious resource will never be depleted. They are processed by hand and packed in the safest, BPH-free packaging to ensure both their safety and their deliciousness. Our label offers ethical, guilt-free eating that's not only delicious but great for your body and your soul.
Our products come in two sizes - 125g tins and 195g or 277g glass jars.
Each fish is hand-packaged either in brine or organic extra virgin olive oil.

Alaskan Salmon
Caught in the peak of the Alaskan season, when these fish are at their finest, the salmon is snap frozen and sent immediately to Spain, where they are preserved in the finest certified organic extra virgin olive oil by a team of highly-skilled, all-female processors using traditional Mediterranean methods.
Skipjack Tuna
This Skipjack tuna is among the world’s most delicious eating tuna. It is fished seasonally off the coast of the Canary Islands in fully sustainable fishing zones using ancient line-and-pole techniques, ensuring each catch is entirely dolphin safe. The tuna is snap chilled and processed in Spain using traditional hand-filleting techniques. These fillets are wonderful to eat simply taken from the jar, or in pasta dishes, salads, with rice or quinoa or any way you like it.
Atlantic Chub Mackerel
These sweet and juicy little fish are a prized speciality of Andalusia, Spain, and are caught and processed today just as they were centuries ago. Cooked on the day they are caught, the Atlantic chub mackerel are one of the world’s most sustainable fish and delicious to eat. Wonderful on toast or as part of robust salads, paired with ancient grains or hearty pasta dishes, these mackerel are the ultimate convenience food.
Sardines
Juicy, sweet and mild in flavour, Good Fish sardines are caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in the middle of the night and cooked and filleted onshore the following day, to ensure optimal quality. Caught in small boats with small nets, these sardines are a sustainable breed that renew quickly. Preserved whole (minus the head and digestive system), sardines have well documented health properties and are robust, choice eating.
