PASTA TUNA SALAD WITH GREENS⁠

1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped⁠
1 cup peas⁠
2 large lemons, juiced⁠
Olive Green Organics GF amaranth and rice penne⁠
1 tbsp olive oil⁠
1 tsp chilli flakes⁠
1 jar or tin good fish tuna⁠
salt and pepper⁠
1 tbsp nuts and seeds of choice⁠ ⁠

Method

1. Boil the pasta with salt⁠
2. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes⁠
3. Once pasta is ready, drain and mix with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Add the peas, chilli flakes, 1 tbsp olive oil and finely chopped dill and mix together.⁠
4. Add lemon juice and mix together and then top with good fish tuna and nuts and seeds of choice.⁠
