PASTA TUNA SALAD WITH GREENS
1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped
1 cup peas
2 large lemons, juiced
Olive Green Organics GF amaranth and rice penne
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 jar or tin good fish tuna
salt and pepper
1 tbsp nuts and seeds of choice
Method
1. Boil the pasta with salt
2. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes
3. Once pasta is ready, drain and mix with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Add the peas, chilli flakes, 1 tbsp olive oil and finely chopped dill and mix together.
4. Add lemon juice and mix together and then top with good fish tuna and nuts and seeds of choice.
